Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support at our retail counter.

Duties:

- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals

- Assist customers with technical sales inquiries and product information

- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash-handling procedures

- Process sales using Point of Sale (POS) system

- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed effectively

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times

- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks effectively

- Actively engage in selling products to customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with cash register operation and cash handling preferred

- Proficiency in retail math calculations

- Knowledge of technical sales or willingness to learn

- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to manage stock levels effectively

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
